Start with SG100 for a standardized adjustable base, SP100 for a panel-style platform with project-specific size options, SH100 when a powered-lumbar option is a priority, or DM100 when the lifting mechanism should be integrated into the mattress. The product family is the starting point—not a promise that every option comes as standard.

Choose the movement, not just the motor count
Head-and-foot adjustment moves the back and leg sections. It is not the same as a separate head-tilt mechanism or an independently lifting lumbar section. A three-actuator head/leg/lumbar configuration is also different from a three-drive split-head configuration. Ask for a drawing or demonstration of the exact movement.
The SH100 powered-lumbar version uses three motors for back, leg and lumbar adjustment. Do not order it merely as “SH100 with three motors”: include the words “independent powered lumbar” in the quotation request. Read the powered-lumbar guide and the drive-layout comparison.
What about 180 × 200 cm, Queen or King?
Send the required mattress dimensions and the inside dimensions of any existing bed surround. A nominal 180 × 200 cm mattress size does not automatically describe the outside frame, fitted clearance or shipping carton. Regional Queen and King names are not sufficient specifications.
SG100 follows a fixed-size program. SP100 and SH100 offer size-customization routes subject to technical and quantity confirmation. For DM100, confirm dimensions independently: adjustable-base carton data must not be copied into an integrated-mattress quotation.
Can I buy one adjustable bed for evaluation?
DEPY can discuss a small purchase of an existing finished configuration, subject to availability and delivery feasibility. This is a paid evaluation purchase, not a free sample or a promise of custom development for one unit. Brands planning a larger program can evaluate a suitable existing product before defining OEM or ODM scope.
Request base-only and base-plus-compatible-mattress prices separately. Also separate the product price, optional functions and shipping. For a large item, the delivered cost can matter more than a small difference in the base price.
Which functions need a separate check?
- Control: confirm the supplied remote, control box, app name, Bluetooth support and operation in the destination country. Do not assume the domestic and international systems are interchangeable.
- Massage and sensing: identify the exact model and optional module. Sleep-monitoring reports and vibration massage are different functions.
- Power failure: ask whether movement stops, whether backup lowering is fitted, and what happens when power returns. Do not describe powered lowering as emergency lowering.
- Compatibility: confirm the mattress can flex with the selected mechanism and that cables and moving parts have suitable clearance.
