DEPY is a specialized adjustable sleep product and supply partner, not a general catalogue trading company. We coordinate product selection, specifications, suitable manufacturing resources, order communication and after-sales follow-up. The selected production facility completes manufacturing and factory inspection.

Products & configurations
Which products are available for regular production?+
Adjustable bed bases and integrated adjustable mattresses are available for regular production. Other smart-comfort mattress and temperature-control systems are normally made to order.
What is an integrated adjustable mattress?+
It is a mattress-format product with the powered articulation structure integrated inside. From the outside it presents as a finished mattress rather than a separate exposed adjustable base and mattress combination.
What do -2, -3 and -4 mean in DEPY model codes?+
Within DEPY split-configuration codes, -2 identifies standard full-width motion, -3 identifies independently controlled left and right head sections with a shared lower section, and -4 identifies fully independent left and right head-and-leg zones.
Does a three-motor bed always mean independent head adjustment?+
No. A three-drive split configuration can mean independent left and right head sections with shared legs, while the SH100 powered-lumbar layout uses three OKIN JLDQ.19 actuators for head/back, leg and independent lumbar support. The movement description, drawing and control logic define the function.
Does SH100 support powered lumbar and massage?+
Yes. SH100 has an available three-actuator powered-lumbar configuration, and vibration massage can be added. Non-contact sleep monitoring is a separate option rather than an automatic part of either function.
How does optional non-contact sleep monitoring work?+
A sensor beneath the mattress follows general sleep status and heart-rate trends, then sends information by Bluetooth to the designated app to generate a consumer sleep report. It is not a medical diagnosis. The app, language and international compatibility are confirmed for each project.
How many JLDQ.19 drives are used?+
The -2, -3 split and -4 configurations use 2, 3 and 4 OKIN JLDQ.19 single drives respectively. The SH100 powered-lumbar version also uses three drives, but for head/back, leg and lumbar movement.
What are the maximum adjustment angles?+
For SG100, SP100 and SH100, the confirmed platform ranges are 0–70° at the head and 0–40° at the leg section. The perceived mattress-surface angle can vary slightly with mattress construction.
Can SP100 and SH100 be customized by size?+
Yes. Their current custom-size range is 120 × 190 cm to 220 × 220 cm. SG100 uses a fixed-size program based on confirmed standard dimensions.
Orders, customization & lead time
Does DEPY support OEM and ODM?+
Suitable volume orders can discuss private labeling, dimensions, appearance, material direction and selected structural options. The exact scope depends on product, quantity and technical feasibility.
Can I order a sample?+
DEPY does not currently offer a separate custom sampling program. Buyers can purchase a small quantity of existing finished standard products to evaluate market suitability.
What is the minimum order quantity?+
There is no single public MOQ for every product. Small quantities normally use existing finished products, while OEM and ODM customization requires a suitable volume confirmed for the selected product.
What is the lead time?+
Adjustable bases and integrated adjustable mattresses follow the confirmed production schedule. Other smart-comfort products typically require around 30 days. Final timing depends on specification, quantity and current production planning.
Are prices shown online?+
No. B2B pricing depends on model, configuration, quantity, customization and delivery terms. DEPY provides a project quotation after the buyer brief is confirmed.
Inspection, packing & after-sales
Who performs pre-shipment inspection?+
The selected production facility completes factory pre-shipment inspection. DEPY coordinates order information and follows the related production and delivery communication.
How are adjustable bases packed?+
The current adjustable-base reference uses one carton per unit. Carton dimensions, weight and volume vary by size and are reconfirmed in the final quotation.
Does the quoted price include shipping?+
Shipping is not included unless it is expressly listed in the quotation. Delivery terms and freight arrangements are confirmed for each order.
What is the warranty?+
Products include a two-year limited parts warranty. Eligible defective parts are replaced after technical verification. Return or replacement freight is not included and is handled according to the confirmed after-sales case.
Can certificates be provided?+
Available compliance documents can be provided where they apply to the selected product, component and model. Certificate holder names and scopes remain exactly as issued and are confirmed during the project.
Are DEPY products medical devices?+
No medical-device status is claimed on this website. Adjustable positioning may support different comfort preferences, but product selection should not be treated as medical advice.
