01 / EVERYDAY COMFORT
More than a bed that moves.
An adjustable base changes the support beneath a compatible mattress. Back and leg sections move to create different positions for everyday use, so you can do more than stack pillows and try to get comfortable.
Make room for a slower evening.
Raise the leg section and explore a relaxed, reclined posture. “Zero gravity” is a positioning preset, not a claim of weightlessness or a medical treatment.
Together, without the same angle.
A split-head layout lets one person sit up while the other keeps their back section lower. A full-split layout adds independent leg adjustment on both sides.
Adjustable bed base or adjustable bed frame?
Both names can describe a motorized support platform beneath a mattress. An electric adjustable bed raises the back and leg sections; “smart bed” is a broader term that may also include sensing or other functions. A base-only quotation does not include a mattress unless it is explicitly listed.

Look beneath the mattress.
The 2026 DEPY catalogue highlights carbon-steel frames, six support legs and the construction at the joints. These are useful details to compare alongside the upholstery and the initial price.
Steel frame & support legs
A clear load path starts with the frame, welds and legs. Ask for the applicable load rating for your size and configuration; actuator push force is not a bed-load rating.
Connection details
The catalogue shows a direct-link bolt connection with support on both sides. Confirm the joint construction on the model you order, rather than judging strength by appearance alone.
OKIN drive system
The bed-base range uses OKIN JLDQ.19 actuators. The motor drives movement; the supplied controller and remote determine which presets and app functions are available.

Standard, split head and full split describe different structures, not software modes. Confirm the movement description in your quote, not just the model suffix.
Standard / 2 drives
Shared left/right back and leg sections. Choose this when both sleepers are comfortable with the same position.
Split head / 3 drives
Independent left/right back sections with a shared leg section. Requires a compatible split-head mattress.
Full split / 4 drives
Independent back and leg sections on each side. Confirm a mattress arrangement that can follow both sides independently.
SH100 powered lumbar is a separate three-motor layout: back, legs and lumbar. It is not the same as the three-drive split-head layout.

A confident choice starts with clear answers.
Can I use my existing mattress?
Only if it is suitable for an adjustable base. Tell us its dimensions and construction. Split-head and full-split mechanisms need compatible mattress arrangements; an ordinary one-piece mattress cannot simply be assumed to work.
Which size should I send?
Send mattress width and length, plus the internal dimensions of your bed surround. SG100 follows a fixed-size program; SP100 and SH100 offer customization subject to confirmation. Nominal mattress size, frame size and carton size are different measurements.
Are all modes and smart functions included?
No. Reading, flat and reclined positions describe use cases. Cradle motion, wake-up schedules, app control, massage and sleep sensing depend on the selected system and configuration. Request a written list of included and optional features.
What happens if the power goes out?
For the previously confirmed configuration, the bed stays in position during a power outage and automatically returns flat when power is restored; that auto-return cannot be disabled. It has no backup emergency lowering. Confirm the exact control system before purchase and keep the moving area clear.
What after-sales support is offered?
The current policy is a two-year warranty, with faulty covered parts returned for replacement; shipping costs are not included. Confirm coverage and the return process in writing before ordering. Repair support after warranty is not an extension of free warranty.
Can I start with one?
Ask about a paid purchase of an available finished configuration for home use or evaluation. Availability and delivery feasibility are confirmed first. Custom development, OEM and ODM depend on the model and order quantity.

SH100三电机顶腰款是另一种布局：抬背、抬腿、独立顶腰。它不等于三电机头部分区款。

现在的床垫还能用吗？
需要确认它是否适合可调节床架。请提供床垫尺寸与结构；头部分区和左右全分区也需要相应床垫配合，不能默认普通整张床垫适用于所有运动方式。
询价时应该提供什么尺寸？
提供床垫宽、长，以及现有床围内部净尺寸。SG100采用固定规格；SP100与SH100可讨论尺寸定制。床垫名义尺寸、功能架尺寸与装箱尺寸不是同一组数据。
目录里的所有模式和智能功能都是标配吗？
不是。阅读、平躺与半躺描述的是使用场景；哄睡动作、唤醒计划、APP控制、按摩和睡眠监测需按控制系统与具体配置确认。报价时应分清包含功能与选配功能。
突然停电后会怎样？
此前已确认的配置会保持停电时的位置，恢复供电后自动归平，且该自动归平不能禁用；没有备用电源紧急下降。购买前请核对所选控制系统，使用时保持运动区域无障碍。
售后怎么处理？
现行政策为两年保修，属于保修范围的损坏配件需寄回更换，运费不包含在内。下单前书面确认适用范围与寄回流程；保修期后的维修支持不等于延长免费保修。
